Policeman's Flats - McKinnon's Flats
I was on a canoeing course last week up at the Bowness eddies.
We made a nice easy run from there down to Point McKay.
Enjoyed the course but was missing the fishing. This week I made
the run to McKinnon's, first time this year. Not a lot of fishing we
did, I was canoeing and teaching with son #2 but managed to hook
up with a couple of nice rainbows on the stone flies. Water is clear,
able to see some fish away from the riffles. Sunshine all through.
We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our day!

On the river 9 AM - 5 PM.
